Developed and custom-woven classic monogram jacquard denim fabric, with a two-month development cycle. After weaving, positioning colorful embroidery (blue, pink, yellow, fluorescent green) was done using four colors of yarn, with multiple color adjustments to ensure perfect color matching. The colored yarn was used to create a composite jacquard pattern on the denim fabric. After finishing, the fabric underwent washing, with heavy monkey washing to achieve a natural fading effect, resulting in a whitening effect. of each colorful jacquard logo was determined according to the pattern, laid flat on the cutting bed, using infrared positioning paper. The finished garment was enlarged to the original scale, ensuring perfect alignment of all colorful embroidery patterns – a testament to craftsmanship. Finally, the logo was hand-stitched and embossed with suede tags.
